Victor was rescued at 7 months of age with 3 others, from an irresponsible backyard breeder.
After realizing they could not make a profit from selling, they surrendered them to the Rescue.
All in total there were 3 weanlings and 1 yearling.
Due to lack of quality care and feed his growth was stunted from birth.
He was gelded at the Rescue on September 6, 2012.
