Phoebe

Phoebe is among six horses accepted by SWFHR following a major seizure involving 72 horses in Marion County. The horses were found living in extremely poor conditions, many suffering from neglect and lack of basic care. As part of a smaller group selected for rehabilitation, Phoebe now has access to the care and support she needs at SWFHR. She is safe, and her recovery journey is underway. Her new name, Phoebe, reflects a fresh start and a hopeful future.
