PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PROCEEDING:

1. We will need a copy of your:
   • Coggins (one for each horse)
   • The renter's Driver's License
   • Driver's License of the Primary Driver
   • Vehicle Registration & Insurance associated with the vehicle intended to pull the trailer
2. You will need a vehicle with a towing capacity of at least 6,000 lbs (no caravans). The trailer weight is 3,800 lbs dry. When you add two horses, this will increase dramatically.
3. The rental trailer is a Straight Load trailer with mangers.
4. When picking up a 'new to you' horse, we understand you may not have the Coggins in hand; if not, we ask that you contact the other person for a copy to present before connecting for rent reasons. Specific situations may have different results that we can discuss if needed.
5. Rental cost or 'Rent Fee' is $100 per day from the pickup time and paid upfront when picking up.
6. Make sure you have a [2 5/16"] ball for your hitch and, if possible, a drop hitch up to 5&1/4". We may be able to provide you with one if you don't have one, but, no guarantees.
7. If you have a key locking pin for your hitch, please make sure you have the key for it. In case we must swap the hitch to a lower hitch, we need to be able to pull the pin.
8. It is advisable to have a 'Brake Controller / Gain Adjuster' to engage the trailer brakes. If you don't, you can still rent the trailer, but you need to sign and confirm your understanding of the implications of not having this attachment.
9. There is an additional $100 'Security Deposit' Fee (CASH ONLY) on top of the Rent Fee and paid upfront when picking up. You will receive the Security Deposit back upon return and in GOOD condition. Any damages will be identified and noted at the time of return.
10. When returning the trailer, we expect it to be as clean as it was when you picked it up; this means sweeping and removing manure and remnant hay, followed by a hose rinse to the horse bays and manger. Please be sure to sweep before hosing, as this will make sure to avoid making a mess.
11. We will not call you on the day of your rental to check on you. If you miss your pick-up time or day, there will be no guarantee the trailer will still be available, and you may have to resubmit a new request
