These are just a few of the horses that will be in our Anniversary callendar

This year’s calendar will bost an 8.5in x 11in size from January to December 2020.  All photos are of horses once rescued by SWFHR and now in loving homes.  Most photos have been professionally shot by Samanth Weeks of Weeks Photography.  All artwork has been done by her also.  Be sure and contact her for your next photoshoot or graphic needs.

Calendar costs will remain the same as those in the past.  $10 per calendar with pick-up or shipping options.  Shippping anywhere in the US is a flat rate USPS Priority shipping of $8.  “Post office rates have increased over the year so the shipping cost has too.”

We also have “Gift” options.  You can send calendars to family or friends with personalized notes in time for Christmas.  There is a maximum of (3) different gifts you can send.  At least on one order.

Calendars should take about 1 – 2 weeks to get to SWFHR once we approve prints and things go to production.  For shipping, SWFHR will ship to addresses provided once we receive them.  This may take a day or two for us to get them to the post office.  The plan is to have the calendars at SWFHR the week before Thanksgiving to allow enough time for distribution.

Sponsorship really makes the difference.  Your support as a sponsor of our calendar (especially the 10th year) will effectively aid with covering production costs so that SWFHR may sell these calendars at a reasonable cost to the public and raise a competitive amount of funds to aid our general operation.

Only ‘Cover’ and ‘Main’ sponsors will receive a calendar free for their sponsorship.  SWFHR will be seeking the Cover sponsor directly for this year for specific reasons.

MONTH “MAIN” SPONSOR – $200.00

• The sponsor will be showcased on the headline image with the horse for the month.
• Space will be made available for the ‘Sponsor’ logo* and 2 lines of text below the logo*. The details for the text lines below the sponsor logo* will include only (2) of the following: Website, Phone, Email, Social Media Address, or Business Address.
• There is only (1) space available per month for this sponsorship.
• The sponsors will receive a free calendar for their sponsorship.

MONTH “PAGE” SPONSOR – $50.00

• The sponsor will have their logo* (only) displayed in an advertisement section next to the page that has the actual calendar for that month.

  Understand the location may vary depending on the final size of the calendars. Large calendars will have the Advertising Space at the bottom of the page.
• There is space available for more than one sponsor in this section. No more than (5) Month “Page” Sponsors per month is allowed.
• Sponsors do have a choice of what month but if a month is full, we will give you another choice.

* All Logo’s must be emailed to info@swfhr.org no later than November 8th for production reasons.  SWFHR will make a sponsor logo if no logo is received by the deadline.
